Our process
Purchase order receipt
Purchase orders of product arrive directly from overseas/local suppliers into Distrabute's warehouse
Storage
Utilising Distrabute’s in-house Warehouse Management System (WMS), your product is checked for accuracy and compliance, as well as systematically receipted into our warehouse;
Order fulfilment
You are now ready to trigger customer sales orders against your product.
Distribution
As orders are received, Distrabute staff pick, pack, label, and ship directly to the end customer.

How does Distrabute charge?
Depending on the scale of your business we charge per unit (CPU), a fixed price, or will provide a tailored quote.
Will my products be shipped in boxes with my own branding?
If this is something your business and/or customers would prefer, it can absolutely be arranged.
What about quality inspections and assurance?
Our teams are fully trained on Purchase Order QC, having dealt with both overseas and local vendors.
What happens to products that arrive at your warehouse with faulty labelling or barcodes?
We have the equipment and systems in place to action a variety of barcoding, packaging, labelling, bagging and re-work tasks for your business.
Can I inspect my product once it is receipted into your warehouse?
Yes absolutely - site access can be arranged.
Do the systems Distrabute uses integrate with my IT systems?
We offer seamless integration into your IT platform of choice. This ensures you are able to track your product throughout the entire storage and fulfilment process.
How will you keep me in the loop?
Distrabute offers regular reporting, so you stay on top of your ongoing warehouse and distribution needs. You will receive all necessary information and metrics in a format that works for you.
